If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. In addition to our standard 30-day return policy, to request a return shipping label, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@tirafina.com and explain your case. Once reviewed, a free, fully insured return shipping label will be sent to your registered email address.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping within the United States unless you choose express shipping. Please review the shipping costs for express shipping at checkout before completing your purchase. The final shipping fee will be displayed during the payment process to ensure full transparency.

Standard free shipping typically takes 7 to 10 business days to arrive. The estimated delivery date shown applies to U.S. addresses only and does not apply to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests for cancellations or order changes before the order has shipped. Please note that making changes prior to shipment may result in a delayed delivery.

Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it after receiving your shipment in accordance with our return policy.
