Do You Offer a Warranty?

Yes. Tirafina LLC offers a limited warranty on eligible jewelry items purchased directly from our website.

What the Warranty Covers

Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects related to:

  • Craftsmanship

  • Structural integrity of the jewelry

  • Stone setting issues caused by manufacturing defects

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care

  • Scratches, dents, or discoloration due to everyday use

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, resizing, or alterations

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or improper storage

Warranty Duration

The limited warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue

  3. Include clear photos of the item showing the concern

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if the item qualifies for warranty service.

Warranty Resolution

If a claim is approved, Tirafina LLC may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the item with a comparable product

  • Offer an alternative resolution when repair or replacement is not feasible
